Postage
All orders are sent by Royal Mail, and within the U.K they will be sent ‘1st class Recorded’ or ‘Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day’*.
*Unless the item is marked with ‘RTP’ (ready to post) the item will be made to order, this can take between two to four weeks even when Special Delivery is selected.
Ready to post items (marked with ‘RTP) are sent out the very next business day.

All orders within the UK mainland that are £75 or above will receive free postage.
Postage outside the U.K will be sent ‘International Tracked and Signed’, the price for this is currently £13.05.

Delivery outside the UK may be liable for import duty taxes and you will be responsible for these.

All pieces are made by hand and from scratch without any moulds or casting. It will usually take around two to three weeks before you receive your order. At busy periods it can take longer. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

Returns

If you change your mind after placing your order you must inform us within 24 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately we can not refund any pieces that have had any custom engraving, custom designs or specific coins used in the making of the piece.
If your piece of jewellery does not have any customisation and for any reason you are unhappy with your piece, you will have to inform us within 48 hours and return the piece within 14 days. After we’ve received the item we will refund or adjust the item as necessary.

We will always do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your items.

Privacy

We will hold your address and contact details and send you communications until we have sent your order. Please be aware that our website is hosted on an American server, not a U.K or EU based one. Your details will be sent to this server for us to process your order. To see their privacy policy click here. You will not be sent any newsletters or offers by us, and we do not sell customer information to any third party.
