Hunting At Night

Calm, wise, thoughtful …and deadly. Julia Owl only hunts at night. Gliding silently above the corn fields she only shares the night sky with the silver glowing moon.

The coins used in this piece are a flattened out sterling silver half crown (pre-1920), a bronze penny for the owl, and a brass three pence for foreground scenery. The additional elements of the moon and stars are made from offcuts of sterling silver. To top the piece off is a little Oathill and Kinsfolk OAK leaf on the revers.

The piece comes boxed and on an 18inch sterling silver (.925) chain. The size of this piece can range due to the coins being flattened and made by hand, but it is in the area of 55mm across.
