All items at Oathill and Kinsfolk are made by hand and most are made to order. With the exception of items labeled as Ready To Post (RTP in the item title), all other items will take at least two weeks and maybe up to four.

Custom Product (Please Read)
This is a prearranged custom order. Custom orders are to be paid for in advance and in full before any work on the piece is started, and will meet the conditions that we have already agreed upon. Please make sure you are happy with what we have agreed will be created before paying for this piece. After payment it can take several weeks before you receive your piece of Oathill and Kinsfolk jewellery. The lead time will depend on how busy my workshop is and what time of year it is.
*Please use the ‘Notes’ section at the checkout and add some details of what we have already agreed during our correspondence. This may include specific dates of coins, a quick description of the design and agreed upon letters or initials.*
Please don’t add anything that we have not already agreed upon. The difference between a £30 piece and a £130 piece (and many hours of work) can be a small amount of engraving or a specific coin or design. ANYTHING you add that we have not already agreed upon will change the price of the piece. I rarely take on custom orders, and I do so completely at my own discretion. I reserve the right to refund and cancel any custom orders if the specification for the piece has changed since our previous correspondence.
