Pawpaw had always found it hard to make friends with any of the kinsfolk from within the Oathill valley. For some reason they always ran in fear when ever Pawpaw came lumbering through the trees. This little folk ‘pup’ looks so fragile to Pawpaws eyes. However, she must be one of the bravest members of the kinsfolk Pawpaw had ever seen. It’s always good to have a brave and loyal friend thought the great bear.
*This little 3d scene is 28mm across and handmade using traditional hand tools.
The coins used in this piece are three sterling silver florins (pre-1920). The top and middle layers have been flattened out and then cut and engraved with traditional hand tools. The reverse of the piece is a complete florin with little stars cut into it. With the reverse being unflattened it still has all the coin detail and all that lovely history on show. The piece comes boxed and on an 18inch sterling silver (.925) chain.
